We are located in Erie, Pennsylvania and serve the Lake Erie communities and surrounding states. Our Club was founded in 1986 by passionate bird lovers who saw the need for community education and an opportunity to improve the life of each and every bird that we come in contact with and their owners.
The Purpose of the Erie Cage Bird Club is to unite the keepers and breeders of the avian community to promote advances in aviculture, better avian husbandry, and promote a greater interest in cage birds by educating all who breed, exhibit, or keep birds as pets.
ECBC meets once a month and offers many opportunities for our members including educational programs. Membership in ECBC has many benefits, including free admission to our events, field trips to aviaries, an extensive library free to members, primary consideration for Adoption Program, fun and fellowship.
